Who: K-5 (grade is the one they just completed)

Publicity

·        Recruit children for our VBS program.  A flyer is available to use.

Registration

·        Collect forms and make sure they are complete with
emergency information.

·        Make a binder in alphabetical order for quick references.

·        Make a list of children’s food and bug allergies.    

Kitchen Help/Food Prep

·        Help prepare and/or set up for lunch and snacks. 

Group Helpers

·        Assist Living Water’s Ministry staff with a small group.  

Housing Staff

·        Provide housing for Living Water’s Ministry staff.

·        Provide breakfast and dinner.

·        Transportation to church may need to be provided. 

Coordinating snacks
*Determine snack needs for the week and ask for donations.

     ·      Create daily snack schedule.

Outreach Committee

·        Send invitations or make personal contact to children inviting
them to our church.
